2023 was the rainiest Manitou’s Revenge ever! It was also our tenth edition, since we missed 2020. Due to a new start location, the course was about 1.3 miles shorter than in previous years. The wet and sloppy trails did not seem to deter our fastest runners, as the top eight runners were all under 13 hours. Kehr Davis won for an unprecedented fifth time in 13:49:41, insuring her legendary status! Amy DeMarco took second in 14:37:30, her second podium finish. Newcomer Michele Zandona was third in 15:34:48. For the men’s victory, Daniel Grip made it look easy in 10:46:08, his second win. Joey Miller came all the way from Illinois to take second in 11:28:16, and Jay Lemos placed third in 11:48:26, his first podium finish.
